Non-Running Update

Other than that epic training fail...life is GOOD.

Michael has really recovered well from his surgery, the docs were really impressed. He's running again and if I had more time at home, we'd be playing tennis again! He's made it to a bunch of Hokie games...and we haven't missed a Panthers game yet. Finally found a non-sketchy place to watch the games. He's still playing bass with the worship band at Southside Church. The people there are so great. His other band, Stoke Row, is also doing well. They put some songs together in the studio one day a few weeks ago and had another show at a place in Powhatan. 35 of our friends and family came out to support him, it was really great.

School is going really great. Busy as usual, but still learning a ton. Amazingly, there's only the rest of this week, two days next week, a full week, then finals! We get an entire month off. I'm glad we'll be traveling otherwise, I know I'd get bored... We're headed to Mississippi for a week, hopefully Pinehurst for a few days, maybe Atlanta one day and fingers crossed to make it to Charlotte at least one night...
