Just a quick note...
one of the verses in the devotional I picked this morning says this
2 Corinthians 3:18
18 And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect (contemplate) the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
If that doesn't describe meditation, I'm not sure what does...
