Ye of Little Faith

oops, typo, that should read ME of little faith. I'm not here to call you out!

such a powerful blessing of a verse this morning. just a good reminder.

Jesus Calms the Storm

23 Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him. 24 Without warning, a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping. 25 The disciples went and woke him, saying, "Lord, save us! We're going to drown!" 26 He replied, "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm. 27 The men were amazed and asked, "What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!"

If people ask what my "religion" is, I usually answer Christ Follower of Disciple of Christ and that's a pretty heavy term, but it helps when trying to relate to bible verses such as these.

side note: I DON'T call myself a christian. For many reasons, one being that it had a negative connotation in biblical times and another being that the members of churches that protest memorials of the elderly senselessly killed by a maniac call THEMSELVES christians. HA. I will NOT associate myself with them.
